Hand Solder / Assembler
Requirements:
Proficiency in the following job related functions: knowledge of component values, color-coding, orientation and polarization and perform touch up on SMT & thru-hole components.
Education and/or Experience:
IPC-610 a plus. Read and write English a must. SMT experience a plus.
Mechanical Assembler
Requirements:
Perform all wiring, harnessing, mechanical and box build assemblies to customer specifications.
Education and/or Experience:
Ability to read and interpret drawings, assembly instructions, bill of materials and related documentation. Read and write English a must.
Program Manager
Requirements:
Manage and coordinate all aspects of product lifecycle management.
Education and/or Experience:
Expertise in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)
Test Engineer
Requirements:
Expertise in digital and analog electronics testing and troubleshooting.
Education and/or Experience:
4 year degree preferably in electrical engineering or related technical degree and 1 – 2 years of experience in the electronics industry preferred.
Purchasing
Requirements:
Expertise in CM electronics purchasing to include knowledge of ERP and MRP systems.
Education and/or Experience:
2 years experience in electronics purchasing for Entry level; 5+ years in electronics purchasing for higher level purchasing preferred.
Technical Sales
Requirements:
Requires technical sales expertise. Prospecting via telemarketing for new clients and visiting clients in person. Maintain client database. Preparing sales presentations and coordinating quotation efforts. Meet sales targets and revenue objectives.
Education and/or Experience:
Proven track record in technical sales.
Receiving Inspection
Requirements:
Receive and inspect all materials ensuring conformance to the manufacturers specifications.
ICP 610 & 600 required.
Education and/or Experience:
Proficient Computer skills. Manex a +, Read and write English a must.
Stockroom Supervisor
Requirements:
Expertise in inventory control management, ERP and MRP systems and full knowledge of component kitting and audit.
Education and/or Experience:
Proficient Computer skills. Manex a +, Read and write English a must.
Document Control
Requirements:
Complete knowledge of electronics documentation and document distribution to operations centers.
Education and/or Experience:
Proficient computer and organizational skills.
QA Inspection
Knowledge of IPC 610 & 600 to inspect electronic assemblies -component values, color-coding; orientation and polarization solder criteria to J Std 001. Requires use of microscope
Education and/or Experience:
Ability to read and interpret drawings, assembly prints, and parts lists and related documentation. Read and write English a must.
SMT Operator
Understanding of IPC 610. SMT pick and place operator experience. Read and interpret bill of materials. Assemblion SMT programming experience desired.
Education and/or Experience:
Read and write English a must.
Controller:
Experienced Controller with manufacturing background. Public experience is highly preferred.
CPA preferred.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
General Accountant:
Solid general accounting experience and understanding of GAAP. Strong reporting and analysis skills.
Education and/or Experience:
Associate or Bachelors degree required. Advanced excel skills preferred.
Cost Accountant:
Inventory experience preferred. Expert variance analysis skills required.
Education and/or Experience:

Accounts Payable Clerk:
Review and process vendor payables. Manufacturing payables experience desired.
Education and/or Experience:
